Effire 401 e-book firmware update

The Effire 401 e-book reader runs on a processor Allwinner therefore, to flash it we will use the LiveSuit program, which we wrote about earlier. You can also use the program PhoenixSuit

Stages of firmware

After downloading, you need to unzip the archive and unzip the archive with the program

After unzipping, find and run the LiveSuit.exe file

After launching the program itself, click SelecImg and select the file with the firmware

Next, on the book, move the switch on the bottom to the OFF position and connect to the computer. If you are connecting to the computer for the first time, Windows will begin installing drivers. After installation, two windows will appear offering to format the internal memory of the device.
