And if you bought the product on Avito, then these rules will not help you. Of course, Avito will help return the product with a defect or damage, but only if it is damaged during delivery. You will have time to inspect and decide whether to take it or not. If the defect is revealed after some time, then in this case you can only hope for the honesty of the seller. Here Rospotrebnadzor will not be able to intervene and help, since the transaction was concluded between two ordinary individuals, without drawing up contracts of sale of used phones.
